At  Extreme Glow Tanning we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

🩷 No Returns or Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

🩷 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can look into this for you.

🩷 Lost or Missing Parcels
Once parcels have been dispatched and handed over to the courier/postal service, they are unfortunately out of our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee refunds or free replacement parcels for items that go missing during transit.

🩷 Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery delays caused by couriers, bank holidays, weather conditions, or postal issues are outside of our control.
